Best slice of pizza in the city. We tried the signature one with burrata cheese and fresh basil on top. The dough is sourdough I guess. It was yummy. The staff is hardworking and trying to do their best not to wait you long. There was not a huge line when I did order but then it got busier. The only negative thing is no high chairs. Or seating area. I get it. Because this way is easier but then this place becomes only for young people who enjoy their food by standing not for my parents for ex. They can’t stand long time. Anyways this is it.

L'Industrie Pizzeria has a new location in Little Italy on Grand Street. the space is larger than the West Village and the OG Williamsburg locations. outstanding pizza slices and pizza pies along with Italian dessert- items are constants. recently stopped by for a Margherita slice, a thin-crust styled pizza slice utilizing high quality ingredients (tomato sauce, mozzarella on a firm thin crust finished with extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano, & basil). the crispy crust has a good amount of char on the underside (a patchwork of light to darker char spots). an airy crispy chewy bite from end to end of the slice, so good with no flop! the sauce shines with the clean bright flavors of tomatoes with the right amount of melty mozzarella cheese and the finishing flavors of parmigiano, olive oil, and basil leaves makes for pizza satisfaction. L’Industrue also serves slices / pies with different toppings, but i say the Margherita slice is really the only pizza you need…because it’s that great. the dessert menu with items like bombolones and tiramisu seem fitting for the Little Italy location. the service is efficient and friendly from ordering and paying to picking up your order. it’s very much a casual vibe interior nothing fancy but it fits with modern warm friendly pizza vibes. this location is already busy and will continue to be that way as tourist travel swells with summer months approaching. so expect it be crowded and to wait on line as there are only a couple of employees who take orders at the front. that said, weekdays are the best bet to avoid really long waits as opposed Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. this location is still better on waits than the Christopher Street location. all that said, L’Industrie pizza is one or those rare NYC experiences that hasn’t been diluted as it is committed to serving high-quality pizza from open to close.

Aa a hong kong native i didnt enjoy the fig jam and bacon pizza. It tastes too much like pork jerky, which I am not a fan of. I think it's better to stick to classic flavours with tomato sauce and cheese. Like most pizza joints, you stand while you eat. No seating. And the wait is long as the pizzas were freshly made. Also tried their olive oil cake but I didn't like the taste or texture. Just can't be compared to the lemony ones I tried in florence. Not sure why these foods are so hyped. Do people have any taste buds anymore?

Went for a slice, wasn’t disappointed. Look forward to try more of the menu. Waited in line to order, but it was much faster than expected.
